About Us

I have always been that person who would love to get my hands dirty and fix anything, but innate repair knowledge is not enough without skills. As a child, I got to work early, helping my father who owned a tree trimming business.  After high school I started my career as a ASE certified automotive mechanic and graduated from Lincoln Tech in 1998. After several years in the automotive industry, I moved into home improvement. In 2006 I began a property preservation business that worked for several national banks and local realtors in the repairs of residential homes and junk hauling. We did thousands of home clean outs and we have seen it all! During that time I became a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor and managed multiple home renovations for my clients, including the full rehab of investment properties.  Seeing the before and afters of my work has always been rewarding, but what is even better is the feeling of how happy I have made my clients.  I work to help my clients no matter how big or small the job, and I look forward to helping you too!

In addition to Jeremy as lead contractor, he is backed by several partners who assist from time to time on different jobs due to size or just needing an extra set of hands. Jeremy only uses the help of other licensed and insured professionals when needed. He also has the support of his wife, Kim, as his office manager and admin support. 

Whether you need  to do major or minor repairs,  check off a list of honey-dos, or remove unwanted junk, we can handle it all. We are committed to delivering professional skills at a fair price. It is our highest priority to get the job done right, the first time on every assignment. We will meet with you in person to determine your needs and give you a range of options so you can choose which options are best for you. We include free written estimates before we start work  so you know what to expect and we accept checks and all major credit cards or ApplePay through the Square App.
